Call For Nominations
The Call for Nominations is now open for the 2026 General Municipal Election of even numbered divisions, the offices of Councillor for Divisions 2, 4, & 6. Nominations opened Tuesday, September 15th, and will remain open until Wednesday, October 7th at 4:00pm as legislated. On Site Waste Program

Triways Disposal has now completed waste bin delivery to all sites that signed up for the program. If you have signed up for a waste bin, and did not receive it please contact the municipal office.

Triways has advised that the 1st bin tip for users in Division 3, Division 6, and the north ends of Division 4, and Division 5 will occur on Monday, October 7th. Service will then occur every fourth Monday following.

The 1st bin tip for users in Division 1, Division 2, the south half of Division 4 (including Sovereign), and a handful of sites in Division 5 will occur on Monday, October 21st. Service will then occur every fourth Monday following.

Road Restriction Policy
The RM of St. Andrews Council has adopted the following Road Restriction policy: Effective immediately, travel of 10 tonne and over on all RM roads is restricted to -6 degrees Celsius or colder, or dry road conditions only. Please note, repair costs for any road damage caused as a result of hauling when road conditions are unfavorable may be charged to those responsible. Please use COMMON SENSE and discretion when hauling on municipal roads at any time of year.
